Returns & Refunds Policy
At FAFO Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ve made our returns and refund process simple and hassle-free.
Returns
We accept returns on items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition. If you need to return a product, please follow these guidelines:
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Condition: All items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags still attached.
Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order once the return is processed. We’ll issue a refund for the returned item once it’s received and inspected.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note:
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll provide you with a return label and a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer
Non-Returnable Items
Some items, such as custom or final-sale products, may not be eligible for return or refund. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
